  • Dogs are accepted strictly at the Client’s own risk.
  • Should a dog become ill or injured while in the Provider’s care, the Provider will make reasonable efforts to contact the Client.
  • If the Client cannot be reached promptly, the Provider is authorised to seek veterinary attention from the Provider’s designated veterinary practice or, where necessary, the nearest available veterinary service.
  • All veterinary fees, treatment costs, medication, transport costs, and associated charges shall be the sole responsibility of the Client, and must be paid directly to the veterinary practice or reimbursed to the Provider upon request.

  • The Client is responsible for all veterinary, cremation, or related costs arising from such an event.

7. Emergencies

  • In an emergency, the Provider may administer basic first aid, transport the dog to a veterinary practice, or take any action reasonably deemed necessary to safeguard the dog’s welfare.
  • The Client authorises the Provider to act in the dog’s best interests where immediate decisions are required.

8. Liability and Indemnity
